Terms and Conditions for Domestic Cleaning Services by Forever Shining Cleaning
1. Introduction
Welcome to Forever Shining Cleaning! We are delighted to offer our specialized cleaning services for your domestic properties, including apartments, houses, and townhouses. These Terms and Conditions establish a legal agreement between Forever Shining Cleaning (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Client” or “you”) concerning the provision of domestic cleaning services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
- “Forever Shining Cleaning” refers to the cleaning service provider, a company specializing in the cleaning of domestic properties.
- “Client” refers to the individual or entity engaging the cleaning services of Forever Shining Cleaning.
- “Domestic Property” refers to any residential property for which cleaning services are required.
- “Regular Cleaning” entails general cleaning of a home on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis to maintain its cleanliness.
- “Deep Cleaning” is a more comprehensive and thorough cleaning service aimed at tackling hard-to-reach areas and persistent dirt and grime.
- “End of Lease Cleaning” refers to the cleaning service provided to tenants who are vacating a rental property to ensure the premises are left in a clean and presentable condition.
3. Service Agreement
3.1. By entering into this agreement, the Client engages Forever Shining Cleaning to provide the specified domestic cleaning services as outlined in the cleaning agreement.
3.2. The details of the cleaning services, including the cleaning frequency, service type (regular, deep, or end of lease), and pricing, shall be agreed upon by both parties in writing before the commencement of services.
4. Scope of Services
4.1. Forever Shining Cleaning shall diligently and professionally provide the agreed-upon cleaning services to the best of our ability.
4.2. Our experienced and trained cleaning staff will use appropriate and eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment to achieve optimal results.
4.3. In the event that the cleaning service is not satisfactory, the Client must promptly notify Forever Shining Cleaning within 24 to 48 hours of the job’s completion. The Client must clearly state the specific areas or aspects that require re-cleaning in the case of End of Lease Cleaning.
4.4. Upon receiving such notification, Forever Shining Cleaning will re-clean the identified areas at no additional cost to the Client.
5. Warranty and Refunds
5.1. If, despite re-cleaning, the Client remains dissatisfied with the End of Lease Cleaning service, a refund may be considered. The decision to provide a refund shall be at the discretion of Forever Shining Cleaning and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5.2. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable time frame and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Payments and Late Payment Fee
6.1. All payments for our cleaning services must be made on the completion of the job.
6.2. Payment can be made by cash, PayID, or through a direct bank deposit into Forever Shining Cleaning’s bank account. Payment details will be provided upon request.
6.3. In the event that the payment is not made on time, Forever Shining Cleaning reserves the right to charge a late payment fee as specified in the cleaning agreement.
6.4. If payment is not made at all, legal action may be taken to recover the outstanding amount, and the Client shall be responsible for all associated costs and expenses.
7. Obligations of the Client
7.1. The Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding the size, condition, and specific cleaning requirements of the domestic property to obtain an appropriate cleaning quote.
7.2. The Client shall ensure that the property is free from any health or safety hazards before the cleaning service begins.
7.3. It is the Client’s responsibility to secure any valuable or fragile items before the cleaning service commences.
8. Liability
8.1. Forever Shining Cleaning shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the Client’s belongings, unless directly caused by the negligence of our staff during the cleaning process.
8.2. The Client acknowledges that certain items may be delicate, antique, or of sentimental value, and it is their responsibility to bring such items to our attention before the cleaning service begins.
8.3. Forever Shining Cleaning shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Client’s cleaning equipment or supplies during the cleaning service.
9. Confidentiality
9.1. Both parties agree to treat all information related to the cleaning service and its terms as confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].
10.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [your jurisdiction].
11. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
11.1. Forever Shining Cleaning reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes shall be effective from the date of publication on our website or when communicated directly to the Client.
