Regular Cleaning Service

Regular cleaning consists of basic cleaning activities that include sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, etc. This type of cleaning is mostly a surface cleaning service which is performed on a weekly or fortnightly basis to maintain a level of cleanliness and hygiene in your home..If you are having your home cleaned for the first time, we advice to have a deep clean as your first clean, which will then be followed with regular cleaning.

Regular service is scheduled weekly or every 2 weeks. Your home will already have been deep cleaned. The main purpose of regular cleaning is to maintain a level of cleanliness around your house.There is a flat rate price (not hourly) for regular services.

Not you do not. Most clients have work or other commitments. One option is to let your cleaner in before you leave. Another is to leave your key in a safe place. We assure you that all the information and keys you provide us will be handled securely and all keys returned to you. Our technicians are used to cleaning in all kinds of settings which can be discussed with us with one quick phone call. 

All depends on the condition and size of your home. But, as a rule, with 1 cleaner for a general clean take the number of bedrooms in your home and turn that into hours. (3 bedroom home = 3 hours)

Deep Cleaning Service
The main difference between regular cleaning and deep cleaning is the attention to detail. A deep clean gets rid of dirt, grime, soap scum, and other clutter around your home. Unlike regular cleaning, this is a much more comprehensive service, taking longer to complete. A deep clean is recommended if you are a first-time customer and plan to have regular cleanings done. You may also want your home cleaned just once and have the peace of mind that everything has been done properly.
If you hire a cleaning service for the first time, you are likely to need to invest in deep cleaning. It is more time-consuming and therefore more expensive to do deep cleaning than regular cleaning. In order to maintain a high level of hygiene in your home, we recommend that you have it done only twice a year.
Some of the things we do not do or offer is cleaning of Chandeliers, Light Bulbs, Bio-hazards(Mold, etc..), Hoarding, Animal Waste, High Reach Areas(More than 2 step ladder), Putting away dishes, Exterior Windows, Large furniture moving, and Large scale rubbish removal and disposal.

End of Lease Cleaning

An End of Lease Clean is carreid out when the tenant has moved out and the property is totaly empty. The first requirement is to have all your furnishings, plants, persoanl items and exess rubbish to be removed living your residents 100% empty.

The amount of time an End of Lease Clean takes depends on the size of the property and obviously the condition it is left in.

Yes, It includes a complete cleaning of the kitchen, the cupboards, drawers and shelves both internally and externally. the splashback, the sink, the cooktop and rangehood will all being cleaned and degreased together with the oven internally and externally.

No you do not. We wil take care of everything. Our experienced cleaners will provide all equipment needed to carry out every task. They will bring chemicals, vacuum, mop, poles, buckets etc) to carry out the service successfully.
We will take care of your windows internaly. The exterior cleaning of windows comes at an extra charge and should be discussed at time of booking. Unfortunately for safety reasons, we do not do clean windows exterior higher then the first floor of a property or where a ladder is needed.

Yes you can. But take note that a well planed clean is the best clean. We advice all our clients that its best to leave carpert steam cleaning for last and when the property has been entirely End of Lease cleaned. Its always best to allow sufficient cleaning time for each professional to do the job they are there to do without any interference from anyone else.  This will ensure that all cleaning is done in order and that nothing is left undone or by accident made dirty again.
